Prophesied Movement

"My beloved in Charismatic churches,

"You have sought me with great eagerness
to see the power of My Spirit,
and I have touched many lives through your prayers
and through your faith in My power.
You have prophesied in My name,
driven out demons and performed many miracles.
But many of you do not know Me,
and I do not know many of you.

"Many of you have sought power without discernment.
As a result you are at the forefront of the great apostasy:
more than any other kind of 'Christian'
you are immersed in prophesying politics,
seeking the riches of the world,
and encouraging war against flesh and blood.

"You have sought the manifestation of My Spirit,
but you have often missed the spirit of My Spirit!
Because you have sought the 'signs' of My Spirit
more than the heart of My Spirit,
you do not know when you are being led astray
into lawlessness and rebellion.

"Turn around! Turn around!
Return to your first love!
Return to My spirit!"

"This is what the Sovereign Lord says:
When any Israelite sets up idols in his heart
and puts a wicked stumbling block before his face
and then goes to a prophet,
I the Lord will answer him Myself
in keeping with his great idolatry.
I will do this to recapture the hearts of the people of Israel,
who have all deserted Me for their idols."
(Ezekiel 14:4-5)
