When tribulation, trial,
and suffering come:

When the world fills with evil

When ways of life are threatened
and things change for worse:

When freedom for greed is sought
and mercy is mocked:

When deceivers, false teachers
and abuses grow:
Endure patiently,

When earth and sea tremble, and
stars fall from heaven:
Endure patiently,
hold to My testimony
and command to love.

When the last day approaches,
and the world darkens:
Endure patiently,
hold to My testimony
